Walker Calderon Bliss is a documentary photographer based on the west coast of the United States. Focusing on documentation of form and space and how they affect our perception of places and events. He takes inspiration from photographers Matt Black, Josef Koudelka, Don Mccullin and James Nachtwey. He has a diverse background of photographing a wide range of subjects, from wildfires in the Western United States to the Skeleton Coast of Namibia. He shoots primarily Fujifilm and Nikon with a strong preference for character and simplicity over technical specs.
